By downloading, installing, or using BlendFace ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
BlendFace provides an AI-powered face blending service that allows users to combine two facial images to create a merged portrait. The service requires credits to generate blends.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Only upload images you have the right to use
- Not use the App for any illegal or harmful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
- Not create content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Take responsibility for all content you create using the App
4. Credits and Purchases
- Credits are required to generate face blends
- New users receive free trial credits
- Additional credits can be purchased through in-app purchases
- All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
- Refunds are subject to Apple/Google's refund policies
5. Intellectual Property
- The App and its original content are owned by BlendFace
- You retain rights to images you upload
- You own the blended images you create
- We do not claim ownership of your creations
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated results may vary in quality.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlendFace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use BlendFace to:
- Create deepfakes or misleading content designed to deceive
- Harass, defame, or harm others
- Create content involving minors
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the privacy or rights of others
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
